Upon confirmation of your booking a non-refundable deposit will be taken from your nominated credit card. In addition to this, the following terms and conditions apply:
Taxes/GST
All charges are subject to Federal and Provincial taxes.
The departure city determines the amount of tax on one-way rentals.These taxes are as follows
Vancouver - 6% GST + 7% PST (13% total)
Calgary - 6% GST
Whitehorse - 6% GST
Halifax - 14% HST (PST & GST combined)

Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that vehicle reserved will be available. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances the reserved vehicle in not available, The Supplier reserves the right to substitute that vehicle with another equal or greater value at no additional cost to the customer. Any subsequent expenses (additional ferry costs, gasoline, etc) are the sole responsibility of the renter.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION CHARGES (SUBJECT TO TAXES)
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
Individual Reservations:
19 days or more prior to departure: $100
18 to 33 days prior to departure: $500
Less than 18 days prior to departure: 80% of rental charges, minimum charge $500
Departure day and no show : 100% of rental charges
NOTE: One way rentals incur $200 in addition to applicable feeCancellation of Group Reservations:
Over 93 days prior to departure: $100 per vehicle
34-93 days prior to departure: $300 per vehicle
33 days prior to departure: Individual reservation fee
Cancellation of a long term booking (>= 42 days) Any time after confirmation: $500
NOTE: One way rentals incur $200 in addition to applicable fee Changes
First change will be $75 of charge, any time after the first, $105 each will be charged. All changes and cancellation charges are subject to taxes. Please note: these are the fees set out by Fraserway in addition to those on the website amendment fees.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.
Cleaning of Vehicles
All vehicles must be clean inside when returned. This includes kitchen, bathroom and living areas. A charge of $40 per hour for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in unsatisfactory state. Vehicle holding tanks requiring dumping by The Supplier staff will result in a $25 service charge. Outside washing is not required, unless the check-in procedure cannot be performed due to dirt on the vehicle. We recommend that "Northern Travelers" wash vehicle prior to returning it to the rental station to avoid potential delays upon check-in.
Currency
All rates and quotes are in Canadian dollars.
Driver's License requirements
A valid license from the country of residence is mandatory. Drivers must be 21 years of age or older. An International driver's license is recommended but is only valid in Combination with the national driver's license.
Drop Off
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12noon (inspection ready). Sufficient time should be allowed for packing suitcases and cleaning vehicles. There will be a $30 charge per hour if the vehicle is overdue without The Supplier's permission. Rental extensions must have prior approval from The Supplier.
Early Return
The Supplier will not pay any refunds for rentals returned prior to the arranged drop off date.
Fuel
The vehicles are provided to the renter with a full tank of gasoline (or diesel) and must be returned with a full tank.
Groups
Reservations for six or more vehicles traveling together are considered a group booking. We encourage groups to travel in low season and will provide an attractive quote if at least 2/3 of the the traveled is in Low Season. For groups with more than 20 participants, special coach transfer arrangements may have to be made. Cost for the coach transfer will be at the booking agent's expense.
Northern Travel
Traveling to the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut or Alaska (U.S) is permitted when disclosed in advance.

Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 3pm local time.
Refunds & Repairs
All replacement parts or repairs in excess of $50 require prior authorization from The Supplier. Please note that refunds can only be made upon presentation of a proper receipt. Malfunctions of the air-conditioning systems, microwave ovens, radios and cruise controls are not breakdowns and no compensation will be given.
Travel Restrictions
Travel into Mexico is prohibited.
Travel in Death Valley, California is prohibited between 01 June and 31 August.
Non-public roads and off-road driving is prohibited at all times.
No Parking in downtown Montreal or New York at all times.
RV's must not be unattended by renter in Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa or New York City due to risk of theft.
Security Deposit
An imprint of major Credit Card ( Visa, Mastercard or American Express )is required while the vehicle is rented. No cash rentals allowed.
Suitcase Storage
The Supplier offers free storage of luggage at owner's risk.
Traffic Violations
The renter of the vehicle will be responsible for all fines resulting from traffic violations ( including parking tickets ) during the time of the rental. As a courtesy, The Supplier will ensure that tickets and fines are paid in timely fashion if the renter provides the ticket and payment. Should any tickets or fines go unpaid, The Supplier reserves the right to charge $25 administration fee in addition to the amount of the fine. All fees will be charged to the renter's credit card.
Transfers
The Supplier offers free transfers to and from International airports, Hotels in the vicinity of the airports, as well as hotels downtown. No Transfers are provided after 1:00pm. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW PICKUP ON SAME DAY AS AN OVERSEAS FLIGHT.

Insurance
The Supplier maintains liability coverage on all its rental vehicles to a maximum of $5,000,000 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claims from the operation or use of it's rental; vehicles. Premiums for this basic public liability coverage are included in all rental rates, which also include premiums for collision insurance and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of $5000 per occurrence. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of this contract and of the applicable motor vehicle insurance contract.
CDR - Collision Deductible Reducer
A collision damage reducer is available for $20 per day to a maximum of $600 per rental and provides the following benefits:
1) CDR coverage reduces the renter's responsibility for collisions damages from $5000 to $500 per occurrence.
2) CDR coverage reduces the renters responsibility for comprehensive damage (e.g. windshield, break-in and theft) from $5000 to $500 per occurence.Renters please note: A new windshield will cost between $400 and $800 depending on the type and model year of the vehicle.
3) CDR coverage will guarantee the renter a replacement vehicle when renter's vehicle becomes un drivable due to damage, even if the renter is at fault. The replacement vehicle will be delivered to a location agree upon by The Supplier and the renter and will be dispatched within 48 hours from the time the renter notifies The Supplier that the renter's vehicle has become un drivable. Delivery will be limited to a province/state that borders to the province in which the renter took delivery of the renter';s vehicle. Any expenses for accommodation, food etc.are the renter's responsibility, if damage is the renter's fault.

The following damages are not covered by insurance and the costs of all resulting repairs are therefore the responsibility of the renter.
- Deliberate and / or wilful damages by the renter or damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs.
- Damages due to failing to maintain proper levels of fluid (engine & transmission), or proper tire pressure and damages due to the misuse of the breaking system (overheating) and / or the transmission (overdrive).
- Damages that occur when driving in prohibited areas such as: PRIVATE ROADS, LOGGING ROADS, FORESTRY TRUNK ROADS, DEATH VALLEY (USA) and MEXICO.
- Damages to the interior of the unit (not caused by an accident)
- A damage occurring in an accident the renter has failed to report to the police.
- Damage of theft of renter's personal belongings
Travel Restriction:
- Travel into Mexico is prohibited.
- Travel in Death Valley, California is prohibited between 01 June and 31 August

- The supplier does not allow the vehicle to be left unattended by renter in the city of Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa and New York. Failure to do so will void the insurance coverage and make the renter liable in case of theft and/or damages.
Renters Please Note
In the event of an accident, The Supplier will process the credit card security deposit until the motor vehicle insurance company determines responsibility for the accident. If the motor vehicle insurance company notifies The Supplier that the renter is not at fault, The Supplier agrees to reimburse the security deposit immediately after receiving notification from the motor vehicle insurance company.

On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Fraserway RV Rentals Insurance
Insurance

Pick Up
Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 3pm local time.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT ALLOW PICK UP ON SAME DAY AS AN OVERSEAS FLIGHT.
Drop off
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12noon (inspection ready). Sufficient time should be allowed for packing suitcases and cleaning vehicles. There will be a $30.00 charge per hour if the vehicle is overdue without Fraserway’s permission. Rental extensions must have prior approval from Fraserway RV Rentals.
Transfers
Fraserway RV Rentals offers free transfers to/from international airports, hotels in the vicinity of the airports, as well as hotels downtown.
NOTE: No transfers provided after 1:00 p.m.
How to get Fraserway's Vancouver Station:
From Highway 1 East:
Coming from Whistler/Horseshoe Bay:
Take Exit 28A, Boundary Road South. At Marine Way (bottom of steep hill) turn left; keep left until on Queensborough Bridge and on Hwy 91A South. Take Exit 10, Annacis Island, shortly before Alex Fraser Bridge, and keep right. At first light turn right; Fraserway RV is at the right side, behind the Shell gas station.
From Highway 1 West:
Coming from Hope:
Take Exit 66, 232 Street, and follow Hwy 10 West. Take Hwy 91 North. Take Exit 10, Annacis Island, at the end of the Alex Fraser Bridge and turn left. At 2nd light turn right; Fraserway RV is at the right side, behind the Shell gas station.
OR
Take Exit 53 and follow 176 Street (Hwy 15) until you reach Hwy 10. Stay on Hwy 10 West. Take Hwy 91 North. Take Exit 10, Annacis Island, at the end of the Alex Fraser Bridge and turn left. At 2nd light turn right; Fraserway RV is at the right side, behind the Shell gas station.
From Highway99
North from U.S.A or South from Tsawwassen/Vancouver:
Take Exit 16 and follow Hwy 91 North. Take Exit 10, Annacis Island, at the end of the Alex Fraser Bridge and turn left. At 2nd light turn right; Fraserway RV is at the right side, behind the Shell gas station.

Drive past Whitehorse International Airport and take the second road to your right down Two Mile Hill. Stay to your left and then take a left at the bottom of the hill onto Industrial Road. Turn left again at the four-way-stop onto Quartz Road. Fraserway RV is at your left, straight across from KalTire.
Alaska Highway
Coming from the North (Haines Junction / Dawson City):
At the main intersection at the Canada Games Center take a left down Two Mile Hill. Stay to your left and then take a left at the bottom of the hill onto Industrial Road. Turn left again at the four-way-stop onto Quartz Road. Fraserway RV is at your left, straight across from KalTire.
